AMENDMENT & PROOFING POLICY
AMENDMENTS
During any creative project it is accepted that there will be a need to amend certain design
aspects along the way. Initial Impact includes a maximum of five free amendments to the design of the look and feel stage of all websites and a further maximum of five free amendments to cover the layout, photographic and written aspect of all sites. For most of our clients this proves more than sufficient to facilitate an agreeable end result.
However, should you require further amendments we will be happy to oblige and these will be charged at an
additional cost of £20 per hour.
PROOFING
All websites require a final sign-off from our clients before the final version is uploaded to the client’s web space.
Initial Impact will issue a client proof approval form, via e-mail, which must be completed and returned to us before the final site is uploaded. By typing in your initials and returning this form to us you are confirming that you
approve of the current version and that this is the final version to uploaded. Once received, no further amendments will be possible (unless charged for additionally) and Initial Impact will not be liable for any errors displayed that were not hi-lighted during the proofing process. Further, we will not accept liability for any ramifications this may cause for your business.
Full terms and conditions relating to web design, telemarketing, SEO and copywriting orders will be supplied at the time of quotation. These supercede the basic terms provided here , which should only be taken as a general guide.

25% deposit required by bank transfer prior to commencement of website. Remaining 75% payment by bank transfer required strictly upon final upload of completed site to your web space.

outstanding amounts not paid in full upon completion of a project.
